Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Chuds BBQ experience.

What is the lead time for custom grill orders?

Each of our grills is handcrafted to order. Typically, production takes 4 to 6 weeks before shipping, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship for your backyard setup.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our heavy-duty grills and pits within the continental United States and Canada. Smaller accessories and apparel can be shipped worldwide.

How do I maintain and season my new Chuds BBQ pit?

To prevent rust and build a non-stick surface, we recommend coating the interior and exterior with a thin layer of food-grade oil (like flaxseed or grapeseed) and running a hot fire for 2-3 hours before your first cook.

What is your return policy on heavy equipment?

Due to the custom nature and weight of our BBQ pits, all grill sales are final. However, if your unit arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or repair solution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer financing options through Shop Pay Installments so you can start cooking now and pay over time.

Can I track my freight shipment?

Yes. Once your grill leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number and a phone call from the freight carrier to schedule a specific delivery window.
